About Us
Nestled in the beautiful Sequatchie Valley, surrounded by the forested mountains of the lower Appalachians and soothed by the blue-green waters of the Tennessee River, the town of Jasper offers quiet, country living with all the conveniences of the “big city” of Chattanooga just 27 miles away.
THE HOSPITAL
Grandview Medical Center is a 70-bed Joint Commission-accredited hospital licensed by the Tennessee State Department of Health. The hospital was built in 1998 and encompasses over 100,000 square feet. Grandview serves approximately 59,000 patients each year and offers a wide range of specialized services and programs. In addition to the main hospital, the campus also features an adjoining four-story, 60,000 square-foot medical office building and an 8,000 square-foot inpatient mental health facility, Mountainview Treatment Center. Over 123 privately practicing physicians treat and refer patients to the hospital, with 35 physicians and many nurse practitioners practicing full time in the area. In addition to operating the hospital and Mountainview Treatment Center on the Jasper campus, Grandview Medical Center also operates North Valley Medical Clinic in neighboring Dunlap, Tennessee. Soon, the hospital will open the “M”, Monteagle Multispecialty Clinic in scenic Monteagle, Tennessee, providing area patients with more convenient access to medical the medical specialists they need.
We strive to make a difference in the lives of our community by providing quality, compassionate care in a work environment that fosters employee commitment and pride.
